Famous GIS data format. Graphical data in SHP file, attributes in DBF. Supported by practically all GIS systems.

Tnz<id>_i.shp - interpolated values in matrix

Tnz<id>_posun.shp - arrows of displacement in given points

Tnz<id>_iposun.shp - arrows of displacement in matrix

Tnz<id>_tenz.shp - arrows of deformation parameters in matrix

where <id> is ID written in text protocol as well.
