Invitation To the GEOS Conference, To be held at the occasion of the 1st International Fair of Geodesy, Cartography, Navigation and; Geoinformatics Datum of conference: 16th – 18th March 2006 Place of conference: Entry hall of the exhibition area in Prague – Letňany
1. Attendant at the conference commits his definitive participation decision by sending his registration. One registration form may include even more participants. 2. Participation fee is 700.-CZK (Czech Crowns) + 19% tax (in total 833.- CZK) for one participant and is settled as a contract (§2 of the Law No. 526/1990 Coll., On Prices in its valid reading).
1. The conference will be held in the Prague exhibition area at Letňany from the 16th to 18th March, 2006. Attend to registration at least 15 minutes before starting the daily programme of the conference, please. Start is on Thursday on 9:30, in Friday and Saturday at 9:00 o’clock. End is expected on Saturday at 16:00 o’clock. 2. Send, please, your binding registration at least to 14th March, 2006. You may register yourself either on or by e-mail on geos@vugtk.cz. You shall pay your registration fee not until your registration was confirmed. Authors of reports have their conference participation free of charge, if more authors of one contribution exist, only one of them may have his participation free. 3. Pay, please, your participation fee by a money transfer order at the Komerční banka Praha 8, Account No. 4135201/0100 (as variable symbol use your identification code), IBAN: CZ 69 0100 0000 0000 0413 5201, SWIFT code: KOMBCZPPXXX, VAT: CZ00025615, by post money order or pay in cash at the venue of workshop. Even in such case, register, please, yourself in advance. Our registration number is IČ 00025615, DIČ CZ00025615. 4. We do not give back the registration fee in case of absence of a participant (or his substitute). 5. Accommodation possibilities are given at www.vugtk.cz/geos/2006/pdf/hotels.pdf 6. All participants at the conference have simultaneously provided access to the actual fair. 7.
